The Opportunity
Brightvision is on an ambitious growth journey — and we're looking for an exceptional sales leader to help us open and establish our presence in Poland. This is not a standard sales role. It is a founding role.
You will be the first person on the ground in your market, working side-by-side with Brightvision's leadership and delivery team to build a new outbound team from scratch. You'll sell, close, and then grow a team around you.

What You'll Do
Open and establish Brightvision's presence in your target - Poland
Prospect, reach out, and build a healthy pipeline through cold calling and outbound activity
Close deals — own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
Work closely with Brightvision leadership on go-to-market strategy and positioning
Represent Brightvision in conversations with senior decision-makers and enterprise buyers
Build and refine outbound playbooks that will scale as the team grows
Hire and lead a team of SDRs once the market gains traction
Contribute to strategic initiatives and share learnings across the wider team
Who You Are

Proven track record in cold calling and outbound B2B sales
High energy, resilient, and wired to win — you do not wait for leads, you create them
Self-motivated and disciplined; you perform without being managed
A closer — you take deals from first contact to signature
More than comfortable in conversations with C-suite and enterprise decision-makers
Professional and polished in customer dialogue and presentations
Strong team player who lifts others and celebrates collective wins
Solution-oriented — you find a way, not an excuse
Resilient in the face of rejection; you do not lose momentum after a no
Driven by growth, responsibility, and the chance to make your mark
Native or fluent Polish speaker
High proficiency in English - our business language
Advantageous
Prior experience in leading a team lead, mentoring, or management capacity
Background in B2B, SaaS, or IT sales
Experience with international or cross-border sales
Enterprise sales track record
Used to working with KPIs and ambitious targets
