Senior Client Project Manager at a B2B Agency !
At Brightvision, we are looking for an engaged and driven Senior Client Project Manager to join our fantastic team of digital B2B consultants. Together, we help our clients enhance their marketing function through digital campaigns, content production, automation, and strategic consulting. Working exclusively with B2B tech companies, se continuously develop our services and stay at the forefront of digital marketing with a strong focus on growth-driven initiatives.
Note: This is a 1-year position covering for parental leave. Candidates should be open to the possibility of taking on a freelance role, invoicing monthly.
Preferably working from Gothenburg (remote-based is also possible)
Your Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing client collaborations, serving as the main point of contact. You will drive measurable success for our clients by providing strategic guidance, proposing new ideas, and leading specialists to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client collaborations, acting as the primary contact and project manager for a team of Brightvision marketing specialists.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on marketing matters, proactively providing insights, recommendations, and ideas.
- Ensure high-quality results and deliverables through strategic planning and efficient coordination.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Identify upsell opportunities and long-term collaborations through strategic advisory.
- Stay updated on B2B marketing trends and implement best practices.
Who are you?
You have previous experience in B2B marketing, preferably at an agency. You have a keen interest in marketing strategy and enjoy sharing your knowledge, insights, and ideas. While you may not be a dedicated specialist, you have hands-on experience in at least one of Brightvision’s service areas: content, performance marketing, or MarTech.

Your Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years of experience as a project manager in B2B marketing or a similar role.
- Agency experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and campaign execution.
- Comfortable planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, focusing on inbound, demand generation, content, and performance marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Curious about productivity tools like ChatGPT and AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience in Brightvision’s Inbound service offerings:
- Strategic digital marketing advisory
- Content (copywriting and/or design)
- Performance marketing (social media, programmatic, search, display, etc.)
