We have a team of around 100 employees globally, working with some of the largest and most innovative companies in the tech industry. While our main office is in Gothenburg, Sweden, most of our team, including managers, work remotely, giving you the flexibility to live and work from anywhere in the world.
What are we looking for?
We're now entering the Dutch market, and is therefore looking for Senior SDRs for client work, but also hope to find an SDR with expertise in working for B2B tech, that also would be interesting in developing a remote team of SDR consultants in the Dutch market. We therefore would like to know if you're the first trailblazer SDR consultant we're looking for, that can, if you're the right candidate, also become Teamleader and Project Manager as well, for coming recruitments and clients in the region.
But we need you to start in the SDR role primarily, while we build up the client base togehter, by delivering awesome multichannel campaigns and great results in leads, SQLs and booked meetings and closed deals, for our clients.
For an innovative and intrapreneur-oriented person with a strong background in previous sales, marketing and SDR roles, preferably within B2B tech segments, this will be an interesting opportunity.
Who are you?
- You have proven experience in B2B prospecting and inside sales, with a strong track record in cold outreach and follow-up using phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.
- Have agency background/experience
- A self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive for success.
- Experience in the IT/technology industry is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken) and professional proficiency in English.
- Eager to learn and grow.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where we deliver top-notch services to clients daily.
- Available to work as a freelancer (invoicing monthly).
- It's a plus if you live in Europe, but it's not a requirement. But you must be willing to work in Central European Time zone.
