The Opportunity: German Market Trailblazer

Unlike typical job postings, this is an opportunity to become a key player in our growth strategy. We have an established DACH team that's ready for the next phase of expansion, and we need a leader who can:

• Drive Team Growth: Take our DACH region team from 4 to 12 professionals over the next 12-18 months
• Deliver Client Results: Execute outstanding multichannel outbound campaigns that generate quality leads, SQLs, and booked meetings
• Build Client Relationships: Develop and nurture client relationships in the DACH market
• Pitch and Close Projects: Confidently present and sell our services to potential clients
• Lead with Vision: Bring innovative approaches to outbound marketing in the DACH region

For an intrapreneur with strong SDR and outbound marketing experience, this represents a unique career opportunity with good earning potential and leadership growth.

Who You Are

• You have proven expertise in B2B outbound prospecting with impressive results in cold outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
• You bring agency experience and understand the dynamic client-service relationship
• You possess leadership qualities and have experience managing teams or projects
• You have strong sales skills with the ability to pitch and close projects with clients
• You're fluent in German (written and spoken) with professional English proficiency
• You have experience in the IT/technology industry
• You're a self-motivated individual with entrepreneurial drive and a results-oriented mindset
• You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and delivering premium services to demanding clients
• You can work as a freelancer (invoicing monthly)
• You're available to work in Central European Time zone (living in Europe is preferred but not required)
