We’re searching for a German-speaking SDR with strong communication and client-handling skills to join our expanding DACH team. If you're ready to own client outcomes, grow relationships, and gradually step into more responsibility as we scale, this role is the right one for you.

Job Overview:
This isn't your average SDR role, this is an opportunity to become a key player in our growth strategy. And potentially grow into a leadership role, depending on your performance and the team needs.
We have an established DACH team that's ready for the next phase of expansion, and we need an SDR who can:
- Run high-performing multichannel outbound campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Handle client expectations and relationships across the DACH region
- Support project pitching and closing together with our senior team
- Contribute ideas and best practices to improve our outbound performance
- Lead internal client sessions and campaign planning
Who You Are ?
- Fluent in German (spoken & written) with professional English proficiency
- Proven SDR experience in B2B outbound prospecting via multiple channels
- You understand agency life and can manage client expectations
- Strong communication and organizational skills — you’re both a doer and a listener
- You’ve worked in or with the tech/IT industry
- You're a self-motivated individual with entrepreneurial drive and a results-oriented mindset
- You have team leadership experience (this is a plus and not mandatory)
- You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and delivering premium services to demanding clients
- You can work as a freelancer (invoicing monthly)
- You're available to work in Central European Time zone (living in Europe is preferred but not required)
