Job Overview:
This isn't your average SDR role, this is an opportunity to become a key player in our growth strategy. And potentially lead internal client sessions and campaign planning.
We have an established DACH team that's ready for the next phase of expansion, and we're searching for a German-speaking SDR who can:
- Run high-performing multichannel outbound campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Handle client expectations and relationships across the DACH region
- Support project pitching and closing together with our senior team
- Contribute ideas and best practices to improve our outbound performance
Who You Are ?
- Fluent in German (spoken & written) with professional English proficiency
- You have proven experience in B2B prospecting and inside sales, with a strong track record in cold outreach and follow-up using phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.
- You understand agency life and can manage client expectations
- Strong communication and organizational skills — you’re both a doer and a listener
- You’ve worked in or with the tech/IT industry
- You're a self-motivated individual with entrepreneurial drive and a results-oriented mindset
- You have team leadership experience (this is a plus and not mandatory)
- You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and delivering premium services to demanding clients
- You can work as a freelancer (invoicing monthly)
- You're available to work in Central European Time zone (living in Europe is preferred but not required)
Where this role can take you ?
While this role starts as an SDR with client-facing responsibilities, there is clear potential for growth and stepping into more responsibility based on your performance and team needs. As we expand, you could jump into the below roles:
- Project Manager (PM) – overseeing full client campaigns, aligning deliverables, and ensuring successful execution across departments.
- Team Lead (TL) – mentoring junior SDRs, setting outreach strategies, and guiding our outbound efforts in the DACH region.
We’re not promising titles — but if you’re driven, proactive, and results-oriented, we’ll definitely support your journey every step of the way.
