As we head into a new period of growth, Brightvision is seeking a strategic and innovative leader to step into the role of Head of Customer Success. This newly-created position will focus on two key areas - Project Management and Customer Success.
Under a recently-appointed Head of Outbound Marketing, Brightvision is looking to implement a more comprehensive project management process that not only ensures our projects are executed efficiently, on time, and with the highest quality standards, but also generates long-term opportunities and forges strong customer relationships for the business through the provision of world-class CX, clever adoption strategies, and tangible recurring value for our customers.
The Head of Customer Success will oversee the day-to-day execution of our projects and spearhead the development of process and policy upgrades that help us to realise this vision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Leadership team on the development and execution of a comprehensive project management framework that aligns with Brightvision’s long-term strategic goals.
- Work closely with the Head of Outbound Marketing to ensure that project management practices contribute to the broader company vision, supporting both operational excellence and customer-centric outcomes.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize project management processes and methodologies, identifying tools that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
- Onboard, mentor and guide the project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability, helping the Head of Outbound Marketing to ensure we have the correct skillsets and incentive programmes to deliver continuous account growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Constantly hunt for opportunities to ‘Wow’ our customers and leverage memorable customer experiences to deliver growth
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless project execution, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- A CX advocate who understands how to strike a balance between customer needs and business goals.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives, particularly in integrating automation and new technologies.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Some exposure to Revenue Operations (the friction vs force concept) and EOS methodologies
- The ability to demand, assess, and leverage data to improve business and customer outcomes
