Brightvision is a B2B agency that creates marketing campaigns for tech companies. We work with some of the largest and most exciting companies in the tech industry and have about 100 employees. Our only office is in Gothenburg, but most colleagues work remotely, including our team leaders. That means you can live anywhere in the world!
What does the Inside Sales Representative job mean?
The focus for you as an inside sales representative is to be part of the entire sales process - You will be a member of a salesteam that helps our customers get out and meet the right decision makers in selected companies and be part of creating sales. You will be trained in our customers' solutions; you contact managers at medium-sized and large companies in the German region and talk to them about their current solutions and challenges in areas within IT. Together with the team, you will book meetings and work towards sales budget goals.
We are looking for an outgoing person that is good at establishing relationships. You should also be able to build instant rapport, achieve customer satisfaction and be a good listener. To succeed with us, perseverance and focus are required, but in return you get to belong to a successful team that helps IT and Tech companies to grow their business. With us, there are also many opportunities to grow and develop, for example into project managers or team leaders.
We are happy to see that you have some form of previous sales experience, good communication-, listening-, presentation-, and customer service skills. If you also have an interest in the IT and tech industry, then that is a bonus. You should speak and write fluently in this language. As we have colleagues and customers spread all over the world, it is important that you feel comfortable with English both orally and in writing.
It is an advantage if you are used to running and planning your own work and have your focus on results for the customer. You work as a freelancer and have your own company / can imagine starting your own and can invoice us.
