Paid media specialist for B2B agency – Freelance, remote position

About the position

Brightvision is looking for an experienced paid media specialist to join our team. This is a remote freelance position where you will join an international team, distributed across nine countries. Brightvision is a B2B agency that offers digital lead-driven inbound campaigns to companies operating in the IT / Tech industry. In order to help our customers be where their potential customers are, we want to be able to offer advertising through as many media channels as possible.

Therefore, to broaden our areas of expertise, we are looking for a paid media specialist who has technical expertise in programmatic advertising systems (eg Adform, Delta, BidTheater), and who can create converting google ad campaigns for our customers.

It is ideal that the successful candidate has previous experience working with layout, inbound strategy and project management. The role has development potential for those who want to work with other paid media systems and work on long-term media strategies for customers.

Responsibilities: 

  • Participation in media selection and strategy design for lead generating campaigns
  • Set up, optimize and follow up campaigns in programmatic advertising tools
  • Set up, optimize and follow up on campaigns in Linkedin, Facebook/Instagram
  • Set up, optimize and follow up on campaigns in Google ads
  • Continuous analysis of results and reporting to customers
  • Opportunity to participate in and develop new paid media offers for our customers

Requirements:

• Be able to set up lead-driven campaigns from start to finish in tools for programmatic advertising
• Have a good understanding of different target groups and how to reach them with the right segmentation
• Fluent in English 
• Technical expertise in Google ads
• Knowledge of Google analytics
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel

Desirable experience: 
• A good understanding of inbound marketing
• Experience writing ads for Google ads
• Knowledge of other paid media systems
• Experience in B2B marketing
• Previously worked at an agency in a role where you had a lot of customer contact
